- How does LeapLytics protect my data?
We have several years of experience regarding data privacy and security. Our company is governed by German law. The data used in our products are not visible to us and are not stored by us in any way. In addition, your data, which we need to create your user account, the creation of an offer / contract etc. are collected and processed strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation.
At no time are your data visible to us or third parties. They are also not stored, processed or analyzed.
- Can I use your extensions offline?
Our products do not communicate with external servers at any time and can therefore be used completely offline. This means that your data enjoys maximum security and you have maximum flexibility (use abroad, by plane etc.).
- But how do you ensure licensing?
Our licensing system also works without access to the Internet. There is no communication to the outside. This also protects your systems. In penetration tests, we thus offer them maximum security.

- Where do I get updates?
We are continuously working on our products to optimize the handling, to extend features or to consider new trends. As soon as an update is available, we will provide it to you (exception: purchase of a license without maintenance contract after the first year of operation).

- What settings can I make?
Which settings can be made in the specific products can be found in the respective documentations (please see below in the sections of Qlik Sense or Power BI). If you are missing something, you can also send us an email (info@leaplytics.de).
- A problem has occurred. Where can I get help?
If a problem occurs, you can send us an email (info@leaplytics.de) to open a ticket. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible so that we can make an initial assessment. A colleague will then contact you shortly to find a solution.

- I want to try out the extensions. How do I get a trial version?
You do not know yet whether we offer the ideal software solution for you? For this we offer a four-week trial, feel free to contact us via the contact form (here) or send us an email (info@leaplytics.de).
- Do you offer procurement via resellers?

- How can I request a quote?
You are welcome to write to us via the contact form (here) or send us an email (info@leaplytics.de). We will be happy to provide you with an individual and non-binding offer.
- When is the support available?
We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Central European Time (CET) and beyond that by appointment.
- How can I reach a support representative?
You can reach us at any time by email (info@leaplytics.de) or via the contact form. In addition, you will be assigned a contact person responsible for you, who you can also reach by phone during business hours.
- How can I make an appointment for a consultation?
You would like to be advised, have questions or would like to talk to us after our regular business hours? Feel free to contact us by email (info@leaplytics.de) and tell us your availabilities. We will be happy to set up an appointment with you.
- How can I open a support ticket?

- Where can I request additional functions?
You like our products but need additional functions? We would be happy to make an appointment with you to discuss your specific needs and work together to find an optimal solution for you and your company.
- May I use the visualizations in external communication?
The visualizations may only be used for internal company purposes. Should you wish to use our products for external commercial purposes, please contact us (info@leaplytics.de).
- Can I contact you for a custom solution for Power BI or Qlik Sense?
We are a young, dynamic and creative team. Challenges are exactly what we are looking for, therefore: You have a use case and need a suitable software that supports you in the realization of your projects in the best possible way? Then get in touch with us. In a first meeting, you can tell us about your use case and the specific requirements.
Afterwards, our creative minds will sit down together and make a first draft in order to estimate the development effort and to give you a first impression of our solution. If you can identify with this on the whole and we should get down to the work of development and programming, you will receive a concrete offer from us.
Qlik Sense
- Are my Qlik Sense versions supported by the extensions?
Our products are continuously tested for compatibility. If there are any faults, please send us an email to info@leaplytics.de.
- Can I use different end devices for usage?
You can use our products on all end devices (laptop, tablet or mobile phone) without restrictions. All products adaptively adjust to all end devices.

- How can I install updates?
We are constantly working on our products to optimise handling, expand features or take new trends into account. As soon as an update is available, we will provide it to you so that you can replace the old version in the cloud or on your server.
Power BI
- Are my Power BI versions supported by the visualizations?
